Zak is a member of the teenaged Neutrinos that the Ninja Turtles encounter. Unlike his other incarnations, his hair is blue.
He debuts in Heroes in a Half-Shell, Part 2 when Shredder opens the portal to Dimension X despite Krang's warnings.
