In Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the Yōkai Masseur is a Last Resort & Spa masseur. His name is currently unknown.
Physical appearance[]
The Yōkai Masseur is a Yōkai with yellow sclerae, mauve skin with purple markings on his head and back and a white underbelly, and a sharp tooth protruding from the right side of his upper jaw, yellow teeth, and four fingers on each hand. He wears a dark purple cloak with a high collar and white circular glasses with red lenses and purple and red gemstones.
Personality[]
He gives the impression of being non-threatening and earnest, if not somewhat dense as shown when he tries to loosen Leonardo's carapace, but is cunning. He fools Leo into growing mystic hair that would work for him to steal others' possessions for himself.
History[]
He debuted in "Bad Hair Day". He offered Leo the I'm-Still-Learning special when he was ousted from the Hirsuté Resort & Spa for his baldness, seeking to provide Leo the spa treatment he wanted. After failing to soothe and relax Leo, he wanted to try entering the Hirsuté again and he offered to give Leo hair. He poured his mystic hair serum onto Leo's head, successfully giving him a head of hair. He later snuck into the Hirsuté to watch Leo's mystic hair steal and wreak havoc throughout the Hirsuté. He was found out by Leo in a salon, but was not punished by the Hidden City Police when the Mystic Hair Creature crawled onto his head instead of Leo's, making the police believe that he was a Hirsuté member and that Leo was the trespasser and thief. He was then given the stolen items.

- Mystic Hair Creature: He was assisted by the Mystic Hair Creature in robbing the patrons of the Hirsuté.
Enemies[]
- Leonardo: He fooled Leo into using his mystic hair serum so he could use him to steal from other Yōkai. When Leo tried to turn him in, he managed to trick the police into believing he was a reputable Hirsuté member and got Leo imprisoned instead.
