Wolfgang Plink is a pizzeria chef, considered by the Turtles to be the best. He appears in the episode Burne's Blues of the 1987 TV series, when the turtles assist him by fighting off the punks robbing his pizzeria in the beginning of the episode. He becomes inspired to create anchovy and chocolate fudge pizzas as a result, much to Michelangelo's delight.
