In Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Witch Town is a neighborhood of the Hidden City. Its inhabitants are mainly Yōkai witches, and the practice of magic is common in their lives.

In the episode "Donnie vs. Witch Town" (part of the "Tales of the Hidden City" story arc during the second season), Donatello and April O'Neil decided to visit Witch Town while the rest of the family were visiting other locales in the Hidden City.
