 YOU'RE NOT ON
 NICKTOONS
 ANYMORE!

Some TMNT stuff really isn't for little kids.

Winston Zeddemore is a member of the Ghostbusters. A former Marine, he is the most disciplined and orderly of the four men.

In the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles/Ghostbusters miniseries, Zeddemore and his Ghostbusters cohorts arrived at the scene of a dimensional breach, which had deposited the Turtles, Casey Jones, April O'Neil and Chi-You in their dimension. They attempted to entrap Chi-You, which drove him into retreat along with the humans he had enthralled. The Ghostbusters eventually realized that the "kung-fu Martians" were not demonic creatures, and Zeddemore soon bonded with Leonardo, who mistook him for the group's leader.

He later accompanied the Turtles to the places where Chi-You was enslaving humans, where he unsuccessfully tried to trap the immortal being. Along with the Turtles, he defended the Ghostbusters' headquarters from an incursion. He was briefly possessed by Chi-You, who deemed his body worthy of a conqueror, but the concentrated efforts of Peter Venkman and the Turtles were able to free him. He then threw the trapped Chi-You through a dimensional portal.

Zeddemore took a more individual role in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles/Ghostbusters 2 miniseries, when the Ghostbusters were called on by the Turtles. He went on an inter-dimensional voyage with Leonardo in order to stay ahead of The Collectors. They eventually found themselves in a war-torn post-apocalyptic version of New York, where they were attacked by murderous cyborgs and a quartet of punk frogs. He also used an experimental device that allowed Donatello to masquerade as him, though this had peculiar effects on both of them.

During this time, Leonardo expressed to Zeddemore his feelings of failure and guilt, as he had failed to keep his father from killing Darius Dun. Zeddemore reassured him, and advised him not to shoulder all the responsibility himself.

The two were then found by The Collectors, but were saved by the demonic creatures being summoned away unexpectedly. Zeddemore also was present when the Turtles encountered their mother Tang Shen, whom he recognized due to his mental link with Donatello.

He participated in the final battle against the Darius Dun Collectors, and said goodbye to Leonardo with the promise that they would meet again.
