In the IDW continuity, the Williamsburg Bridge was a bridge in New York City. Based on a real-life location, the fictional version was destroyed in the story.

In Infestation 2: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles issue #1, the Williamsburg Bridge is mentioned in a news report which Splinter and the Turtles are watching television, where it is reported that an individual shot by police does not appear to have any link with the missing persons cases at the heart of the Infestation 2: TMNT storyline.

The Williamsburg Bridge is destroyed during Invasion of the Triceratons, part 3 amidst the urban warfare between the Triceraton Special Forces and the Earth Protection Force which has gripped the city. It is reported that, with the destruction of the Williamsburg, the only bridge still connecting the island of Manhattan with the outside world is the Brooklyn Bridge, meaning that all of Manhattan's other bridges not mentioned have also been destroyed.
