Wilbur Weazell appears in the 1987 TV series and was voiced by Peter Renaday.
Wilbur Weazell is a toymaker and a chief inventor. He has two men with him, and tries to take over the Tyler Toys company, where he is the head designer[1], in the episode Michelangelo Toys Around. Assisted by Kevin Tyler, Michelangelo and the other Turtles finally defeat him and stop his plans, using the T-REX robots Wilbur Weazell built to danger humanity and make a menace for Mr. Tyler.
Also, he hates his name being mispronounced as "weasel" by everybody.
