Wilbur Weazell appears in the 1987 TV series and was voiced by Peter Renaday. He serves as the main antagonist of the episode "Michelangelo Toys Around."
Wilbur Weazell is a toymaker and a chief inventor. He has two henchmen with him, and tries to take over the Tyler Toys company, where he is the head designer, in the episode "Michelangelo Toys Around". Assisted by Kevin Tyler, Michelangelo and the other Turtles finally defeat him and stop his plans, using the T-REX robots Wilbur Weazell built to do danger to humanity and make a menace for Mr. Tyler.
Also, he hates his name being mispronounced as "weasel" by everybody.
