Whiplash is a member of the Evil Warriors in service to Skeletor. He is a character appearing in the Turtles of Grayskull (mini-comics) and Turtles of Grayskull (comics). He is a reptilian-like creature with a long, extremely powerful tail which he uses to thrash enemies.
