Dr. WhereWhen is the titular antagonist of the crossover comic series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles/Usagi Yojimbo: WhereWhen.
History[]
WhereWhen is a cyborg mad scientist from the distant future, who believes that by conquering the past, he can become a dictator in his timeline. When he arrived in modern day New York City, the Ninja Turtles received a tip that he had set up a lab in a warehouse. The Turtles crashed in through the skylight and were met by WhereWhen's robot henchmen. The robots were easily dispatched, and before WhereWhen could get away in his time chamber, Raphael threw a sai and pinned the door closed. WhereWhen, however, had a time-travel device planted in his wrist as a backup, and sent himself back into the past. After unpinning Raph's sai, the Turtles entered the chamber and were whisked away to the feudal Japan that their friend Miyamoto Usagi lived in - only 20 years later from when they last encountered him. - Ninja Turtles - WhereWhen and the Turtles are adversaries. It is unknown where and when they first encountered each other, but they were already familiar with one another by the events of "WhereWhen Part One".
