Plot synopsis
The Turtles are on a visit to the zoo, so that Dr. Jane Goodfellow can give veterinary treatment to Michelangelo's pigeon friend Pete. However the other three turtles get kidnapped by robots and are caught up in a scheme by the mad Dr. Lesseau, who has plans to cross-mutate the zoo's animals to create a perfect being to conquer the world with. Only Michelangelo, Pete and Dr. Goodfellow can save them and stop the doctor's evil plan.
