Colonel Wesley Knight[1] is a prominent member of Darkwater and a tenuous client/ally of Bishop.
In issue 70, after Bishop has taken most of the Mutanimals hostage and Old Hob retaliates by taking Bishop's Father and Wesley's wife Pam Knight hostage, Wesley has a change of heart, acknowledging the wrongness of going after someone's family, whether that family is his or Hob's. Wesley promptly ends Darkwater's service to Bishop and hands him over to the turtles and Mutanimals. (Bishop then coldly murders his own father just to gain a tactical advantage and escapes, still mind-controlling Slash.)
