Weesel is a space pirate and slave trader from Dimension X in the 1987 animated series. He's the brother of Zwerk and appears in the Shredder Triumphant! episode.
Weesel picked up the Turtles right after they were thrown into Dimension X, and soon confirmed that rather than being a Good Samaritan, he is in fact planning to sell them for manual labor. But as he's selling them to Vorx, he spots Zwerk being marched into the mines.
He later returns and rescues Zwerk and the Turtles from the Great Chaarg.
