Waster is a cyborg character appearing in the Archie Comics TMNT Adventures-Mutanimals comics, and a member of the Gang of Four.
Waster was a Thanasoid, a human who had been revived from death by technology. As a thanosoid, Waster had a long whip-like "tongue" with a poison barb at the end, though he often wore a mask resembling his old human face. He was destroyed by the Ninja Turtles and Slash in revenge for his part in the deaths of the Mutanimals.
Waster was also intended to appear in unproduced Mutanimals animated series, under the name "Executor".[1]
