Walker was a British firearms salesman in the early fifteenth century. He tried to sell his weapons in feudal Japan to Lord Norinaga, but the Turtles eventually stopped his schemes. He was last seen at the dock about to make a run for it to his boat, while trying to grab his birdcage that had his birds, and was knocked off by a catapult activated by his former partner Whit, and fell to his death. He appears in the film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III, portrayed by Stuart Wilson.
