Walker was the main antagonist of the live-action film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III.

Walker was a bloodthirsty weapons-dealer who often spoke of his joy for killing, despite this he had an uneasy alliance with Lord Norinaga in feudal Japan—who he was providing with guns and cannons by which to gain unjust power.

Walker and his men fight off the Turtles. With Walker is trying to escape, but Whit decides to betray him as he cuts the rope, causing the catapult to shoot the fire boulder right at the ladder. Walker screams and falls and plummets to his death at the underwater in what is known as a "Disney villain death" (one in which a villain falls to their seeming death).

After Walker's death, Turtles and April returned home as Kenshin and Mitsu became the new benevolent rulers of that region of Japan.

Trivia[]

  • Due to the time-travelling plot of the film Walker was one of relatively few film villains who was not active in the modern age but rather during the early seventeenth century.
  • Walker's death has become infamous, not just for the style, but in how the effect in which is was done was incredibly shoddy, in where his super-imposed body suddenly disappears just before it hits the water, which has been referred to by fans as his body 'imploding'.
  • According to card #9 of the 1992 trading card collection, which is "A Ruthless Englishman", his first name is Dirk.
