The WTRL news truck is a panel truck used by members of the WTRL channel 3 news team. April drives this truck during the events of "The Ghost of 13 Mile Island!". She is seen with her camerawoman, Linda, loading a lot of equipment into the truck's spacious cargo area.
The cab of the truck can fit three people comfortably. When April returns to the 13 Mile Island Scientific Research Facility at night with the owner's permission, she brings the Turtles along, but they sit in the cargo area with the news equipment.
