Vulko is a large werewolf who appears as the sub-boss of the Transylvania stage of the web browser game TMNT: Monsters vs Mutants. He is much larger and more anthropomorphic than the other werewolves that appear in the game, and unlike his his television series counterpart, he only appears in wolfman form.
Vulko appears approximately halfway through the stage. He attacks with large swings of his claws, and twice during the battle, when his health gets down to two bars, he'll howl and regenerate his health.
After being defeated, he runs off.
