Count Vlad Dracula is a vampire nobleman of the Transylvania region of Romania. The Ninja Turtles run into him in the Transylvania stage of TMNT: Monsters vs Mutants, where he functions as the stage's boss.
Drac's attack is a simple slash/slap of his hand, but due to his hovering, he is tough for the player to hit, and thus can land several hits before the player can retaliate. After losing most of his health, he'll transform into a bat, which looks and attacks identical to the standard bat enemies in the game, but has much more health. After he loses most of his health in this form, he'll turn back, and this will repeat a few times before he's defeated.
