Vid Vicious is an antagonist in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures series. He first appears in Space Junk Face Funk Cyber Punk Thief. A man living in the woods is transformed when he is struck by debris from a space satellite which was hit by a canister of radioactive waste.
His stated mission is to disrupt the world's communication and then to pollute the world's oil supply with the radioactive waste inside his body.
