Velveeduh is a Mutant turtle and one of the Sushi Turtles. He is the unofficial leader of the group and the Master of the Pocket Fisher-Dude. Velveeduh wears a blue mask, a blue belt and blue wading boots. Partway through the first comic, his look changes when his sponge-suit does and he begins wearing black. In his feature comic, he is wearing a black mask.

Green-Grey Sponge-Suit Sushi Turtles[]
After losing their first fight against thugs from the Batguy gang and watching Pierrier storm off, the other Turtles take April Mayjune to their Turtle Lair, where she meets Match-Stik. The three Turtles introduce themselves and Velveeduh demonstrates his use of the Pocket Fisher-Dude.
Velveeduh in The One That Got Away[]
Velveeduh takes his Pocket Fisher-Dude out in the bay polluted by the Radon Styroplastics, Inc. factory. He is eaten by a giant, multi-eyed mutant fish and needs the assistance of Match-Stik in order to escape.
