The Vatican City (Italian: Stato della Città del Vaticano, Latin: Stato della Città del Vaticano) is an state on the Appenine Peninsula. Established in its modern form in 1929, it is ran by the Roman Catholic Church.
In the 1987 cartoon episode "Artless, people run in panic when the Lookrons strike towards the Sistine Chapel . Disguised as monks, the Ninja Turtles go to infiltrate the Vatican.
