The Utrominator is a character that appears in the episode "Same as it Never Was" and "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Smash up"
The Utrominator's exo-suit is what was given to the Utroms when Ch'rell enslaved them in "Same as it Never Was". People think the smash up character was just based on that, but it is the same, the people from Mirage that were working on the game included this character to squeeze in both Ch'rell (as he is in the suit) and Krang (because of the similarities and alot of Krang fans don't even know what an Utrom is)
