Request
Just a request - not a mandate, as it would be way too hard to enforce, but it would sure make my life and I imagine the lives of many others easier.
If anybody is going to upload images, could you please make sure to make the image file name reflective of the image itself? Trying to find images is nigh impossible when we've got thousands of images with strings of gobbledly-gook (no pun intended) for file names.

No images with watermarks
As a reminder, with SDCC coming up and undoubtedly lots of new TMNT info to add, not to post any images with watermarks outside of official Playmates/Nick/IDW/etc. watermark logos. If you crop an image from one that has a watermark, be sure to credit the site you acquired it from in the image's EDIT portion. The purpose of the "no watermarks" rule isn't to obscure the origin of the image, but to keep the image clean and clear. The official watermark clause is only because a non-watermarked version may not be possible, at least at the time of announcement.
Fan Stuff - Stay or Go?
This is something I've been waffling over for a while... while we have always allowed fan materials here, there have been times such as when fan art has been posted without knowledge/consent/credit of their creators, which has ticked off more than a few people. There also is kind of a rapid influx of fan characters and so forth... actually that comes and goes. At one point I had to make a rule or two about the fan story/characters because a few people were just wantonly adding things that they themselves were supposedly "writing" even though there's no way one person could be possibly doing all of that at once. And the less said about the fan characters whose creators tried to cram them into the canon, the better.

Article structure idea - thoughts?
Here's an idea I've been toying around with for a while, and have been meaning to write a blog about to see what the rest of you think. Since someone's brought it up today, I figure now's as good as any.
Since I began heading up the Wiki, there have been a lot of changes. Pretty much all of these have had support from other members, and I've only really gone forward with the ones that have had majority rules.
The way character titles are structured on other comic Wikis (which I've been striving to emulate for a global conformity so that visitors familiar with those can jump right in here), are as such: Character Name (Incarnation).
