The Universal Studios Monsters are a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure subline, released by Playmates Toys. It consists of the Ninja Turtles disguised as characters from horror novels and films. The first line was released in 1993, followed up by a second line, released in 1994.[1]
