The Unbridled Technologies Building (abbreviated as UT) is a scientific technology laboratory located in New York City, which makes multiple appearances in the 1987 animated series.
Initially, the building is seen in Bebop and Rocksteady Conquer the Universe, Shredder sends Rocksteady and Bebop to the laboratory with instructions to steal the classified Anxietron Ray. Disguising themselves as laboratory assistants, they manage to infiltrate the lab of Dr. L'Estrange and acquire the device from him, which they subsequently use to wreak havoc upon the city.
The building hosted the scientific laboratory of Dr. Polidorius in the episode Rebel Without a Fin. His primary invention was the Evolution Accelerator, a machine capable of mutating subjects into humanoids with the abilities of aquatic lifeforms. Additional features of the lab included an energy entrapment device, a massive computer monitor display, a two-way communication transmitters, and a trap door for quick escapes into the city's subterranean passageways.
