TMNTPedia

The Ultimate Slayer serves as the penultimate boss of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3: Mutant Nightmare's second chapter, "Bishop's Gambit". Additionally, an illusion of The Ultimate Slayer summoned by Felkyrie is one of the boss fights in Leo's Nightmare. It also appears as a recurring boss in the DS version, at one point fighting alongside Agent Bishop himself.

Although The Ultimate Slayer would go on to become Rat King in the cartoon, he never does so in the games.

Behavior (Mutant Nightmare)[]

Ultimate Slayer uses the following attacks when fought:

  • Punches at a turtle twice, then winds up and throws a third, stronger punch.
  • Lunges towards a turtle, creating a shockwave when he lands. He can use this attack multiple times in a row.
  • Advances on a turtle while performing a rapid flurry of punches.

When Ultimate Slayer has taken a moderate amount of damage, he gains additional moves:

  • Stands in place to regenerate health over time.
  • Jumps into the air and turns invisible, before dashing at each turtle in succession to attack them. He then resumes his normal behavior while flickering in and out of visibility. Once the invisibility fully ends, he uses his lunge attack 2-4 times, then his heal.

When Ultimate Slayer is down to very low health, he begins crackling with electricity and no longer flinches when attacked.

Ultimate Slayer uses the same behavior in both fights against him, and his boss arena has 2 chocolate bars for healing in Bishop's Gambit and 1 in Leo's Nightmare.
