The Ulixes is professor Zayton Honeycutt's spacecraft in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Panini) comic series. It serves as the Ninja Turtles' base of operations during while the group, including April O'Neil and Casey Jones travel in space. The Ulixes is outfitted with a holographic simulation room for the heroes to train. On its underbelly, there is a smaller scout ship for cloaked transport and attack.

The Ulixes makes its first appearance in the Panini comics in issue 46, which is also the first to address the space arc from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The ship is stranded in space because it needs a replacement part for its starboard engine. In the scout ship, the Turtles are attempting to reach a space port, but become embroiled in a battle to save a pair of humanoids and an entire enslaved alien race. Their reward for a successful mission is a steam punk inspired patch job for the Ulixes which will enable it to reach a port for more permanent repairs.
