Tyler is a young man who ran away from home to join the Foot Clan. Tommy Oliver was asked by Tyler's father to find him, and so he went undercover in the Foot Clan to find him. After being confirmed as a member of the Foot Elite, Tommy comes across Tyler and tells him why he was there. Tyler then knocks Tommy out, as he is loyal to the Shredder, allowing the latter to cage Tommy so he can learn how to use the Dragonzord Power Coin.
