Summary[]
It's Christmas in New York City, as Raphael watches a street gang with punks carrying knives attacking a girl out Christmas shopping. Though she tries to reason with them, explaining that the gifts are for her family and that she spent her entire savings, they take her packages anyway. The forlorn girl sits down, head in hands, and tries to figure out what she's going to do. Raphael vows to himself that he won't let those buttheads get away with this.
At the lair, Leonardo, Donatello, and April are decorating the Christmas tree. Michelangelo and Splinter are preparing a special Christmas pizza, with Splinter encouraging his son to put plenty of cheese. Suddenly, Raph returns to the Turtles' sewer hideout, informing the others of the armed theft. The Turtles track the punks' footprints through the snow and locate the thieves. Bursting into their warehouse hideout, the Turtles go on the offensive and take down each of the punks.
Discovering stacks of stolen goods, Raphael puts forth an idea on what to do with them. The Turtles dress up in Santa Claus-clothes, Splinter dons reindeer gear, and April dresses as Mrs. Claus. Using a truck, they give back the stolen toys.[1]
The story in general is a retelling of the 1985 Michelangelo Christmas Mirage comic, but instead focused on Raphael.
