NECA’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cartoon Series – Turtles In Disguise 7″ Scale 4-Pack hit the shelves in Target stores in April of 2021. The figures and accessories pay homage to the 1980’s cartoon series as they don human-like disguises to stay hidden while about during the day. The set includes all four Turtles with a number of accessories.
