Turtles Go Hollywood is a supplement for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles & Other Strangeness role-playing game. It was published by Palladium Books in 1990 and uses the Palladium Megaversal system. It is a collection of five interrelated adventure concepts centered around a drug lord, corrupt Hollywood movie executive, Ratt Pak and The Shredder and his evil Foot Clan.
When the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to Hollywood, they also mix it up with starlets, surfers and other mutants as they fight for the destiny of mankind.
The Setup[]
The leader of the Ratt Pak, Labb Ratt, has developed a plan to turn humankind into mindless slaves. By implanting subliminal messages, through the use of psionics, into Hollywood movies, audiences will be exposed to his wildest ideas. Knowledge of the scheme sends the Turtles to Hollywood, where they step right into the middle of a war between the Ratt Pak and Foot Ninja, both battling to control the mind-altering technology.
The trip to Hollywood comes with a series of bizarre encounters with all manner of characters, from the dishonest to the honest alike, with all sorts in between. They also get to see a behind the scenes part of Hollywood that few ever experience.
