The Turtle Van is the Turtles’ mode of ground transportation in the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crossover comic series.
Description[]
The Turtle Van is painted green with a shell pattern, and yellow accents across the headlights to partway down the driver and passenger doors. There is a rack on top that runs the length of the van which holds a spare tire and a yellow surf board. The interior has been modified to accommodate computer systems and weapons, including a plunger cannon.
History[]
Having lost their powers, the Power Ranger teens dress as ninjas, complete with masks. Determined to rescue Tommy, and with Casey acting as their guide, they drive the Turtle Van into the sewer tunnels. Jason is behind the wheel, with Billy acting as navigator. Billy is following the signal from the micro-transmitter he planted on Shredder during their fight. While they are en route, Trini notices that the van is equipped with a plunger cannon and Zack says he has to come up with an excuse to use it. The group travels in the Turtle Van sixty-two hundred meters, South by Southeast, and a long way down. When they locate the Technodrome, they leave the Turtle Van parked atop a cliff and Kimberly tells everyone to remember where they parked.MMPR/TMNT #4
