The Turtle Master makes an appearance in the console/PC version of the video game Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: Battle Nexus. He only appears during animated cutscenes, while his students appear both in cutscenes and during gameplay.
He is first met by the Ninja Turtles during their travels inside The Sewers underneath Peablak. As the turtles encounter the lair of the Turtle Master and Ninja Rats, the Turtle Master challenges them to face off against his students. As the turtles claim victory, the Turtle Master ponders over the fact that them all meeting here was cosmological fate, and predicts they will all meet again before taking his leave with his students.
True to his prediction, the Turtle Master reappears during the Battle Nexus Championship Tournament. The Turtle Master is seen above a perch, to the right of the Ultimate Daimyo and Splinter, as they all watch the battle between the Turtle Master's students and Splinter's students. As the two pair of students exchange words on the battlefield, Splinter and the Turtle Master reminisce on when they fought each other.
