The Turnstone is an extraterrestrial object that can transform anything into what the user wants. Appearing in the TMNT Adventures comic books, Mary Bones uses it to transform Jess Harley into Leatherhead.[1]
Krang is also looking for the Turnstone, and goes after it when learning it is on Earth.
