Tu-Tu Karmen was a pharaoh of Ancient Egypt in the 1987-1996 animated TV series. A iridium bust of his head is stolen by Lloyd Cycloid in the episode Donatello Makes Time.
His name is based on the real Egyptian pharaoh Tutankhamun.
