Tripper Nitro is an antagonist who appears in Across the Universe. He is an arch-nemesis of Godman Falcon's.
Tripper Nitro is a pilot for Team Koyoshada, a Planet Racer in the USP Racing Association. He along with his navigator, Jag Majoria, are the top challengers to Godman Falcon's Team Fitts. During a charity race on the hostile planet Laotora 4, Falcon warns Raphael that Team Koyoshada does not play nice.
Sure enough, when the racers enter the ice tunnels, Nitro clips the back of Raph's bike, causing them to slide across the ice. The sabotage tears the hydraulics hose, leaving Team Fitts with no stabilizers. Through some aggressive riding, Raphael manages to bring Team Fitts into first on that leg of the race.
The next leg of the charity event takes the teams into the Mud Riders territory, where they have no permission to race, though the Planet Racers do not know that. The Mud Riders attack Team Koyoshada and are about to kill Tripper Nitro, when Raphael stops his bike and comes to the rescue. With Raphael fighting the Mud Riders, Nitro hops back on his bike, not caring what happens to the Turtle, since all he wants to do is win the race.
Raphael and Falcon manage to win the race and the charity event. A poor loser, Nitro angrily throws his helmet to the ground.
