Triceratons are the earliest creation of Mirage Studios, pre-dating even Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in which they have frequently appeared. In nearly all incarnations, they are an alien race. In most incarnations, the Triceraton homeworld was destroyed, and their society lives on asteroid ships, often forming the power center of a militaristic republic or an empire in space.
