The Triceraton Mother Ship appears in the 2003 TV series. It is used by the Triceratons.
The spacecraft is been built on an asteroid, so when the spacecraft flies the entire asteroid moves around. It is capable of docking with Triceraton Space Cruisers and can travel through hyperspace via a portal it creates. Motherships are equipped with multiple clamping arms, laser cannons, and missiles. The size of the vessels is equivalent to that of Earth skyscrapers, when it comes to the height of a mothership.
Motherships can use their laser cannons to cut around a city, deploy a mechanical device that encapsulates it in a force field, and then use an anti-gravity tractor beam to tear the city from the ground and tow it into outer space. The missiles they fire are energy spheres that dwarf Triceraton space cruisers, and function like smart missiles. Dozens of motherships working together can create an energy shield that surrounds an Earth-sized planet, which prevents anything from getting in or out.
