The mighty Traximus has been many things in his life - soldier, slave, prisoner, gladiator,Battle Nexus contender... and now friend to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! The Turtles first met Traximus when all five were held prisoner on the Triceraton homeworld and forced into gladiatorial battle in the Triceratons' Tri-Sports Arena. It was the Turtles who gave Traximus his freedom, thereby earning his friendship and respect. Traximus' combat skills, honed in fierce gladiatorial combat, have enabled him to enter the Battle Nexus competition where he hopes to someday become champion!

Biography

Traximus once questioned the new destructive ways of the Triceraton Republic in front of the Prime Leader Zanramon. Unfortunately, he wound up in the gladiator cells beneath the Games' stadium. Years of fighting almost made him forget about his people's honor. But that honor was sparked when the Turtles, who were thrown in the Games to further persuade Professor Honeycutt to build his teleportal, came crashing in, forced to fight the other gladiators at the behest of the whipper, Gruel but all the gladiators lose and the Turtles prove their devotion to help their own. When Gruel was serving their last meals -- literally their last meals -- Traximus and his fellow gladiators gave the Turtles a portion of theirs.

When the next Games were being held, Traximus refused to fight, as did the others. Control units scrambled to separate the gladiators from the Turtles but they steal a shuttle and escape the Games, as the Republic and the Federation do battle over the Fugitoid.

Traximus went to the Battle Nexus to recruit warriors to assist him in overthrowing Zanramon. While competing in the Big Brawl, Traximus met the Turtles again and fought against Raphael and lost. After Raph lost to Michelangelo, he began freaking out, so Traximus took him out for a drink. After telling his story, he comments that the Battle Nexus is also susceptible to corruption, for he heard that someone assaulted the Daimyo, which he vague hears as something close to Splinter. But Raph knew it couldn't be true and they set to break the rat out. But due to guards at the door, they had to fly in the window. Using a curtain as a disguise, they tried to switch posts with the guards but they had standing orders, so Traximus punched them. They freed Splinter as they meet up with the others, with the recovering Daimyo. They go into the Battle Nexus ring, which was interrupted by Drako, who was blasting the Ultimate Ninja with the War Staff. Unfortunately, it opened a dimensional wound that would consume all it touches. Traximus acted as the main link to the ground before the Daimyo closed the rift.

Trax-roar

A triumphant Traximus.

Traximus, along with two other dimensional warriors, return to the Triceraton homeworld, learning that Zanrammon is pushing the Republic to the farthest edges of universe in search of Honeycutt. Traximus was able to gather a significant number of dissidents who grew tired of Zanramon's rule, hiding under his nose in abandoned tunnels.

During the Triceraton invasion of Earth, Traximus made contact with the Turtles (excluding Donatello), who had come to rescue their brother, who was being interrogated as to the Fugitoid's whereabouts. Stealing a uniform, Traximus pretended to be a loyal soldier to sneak Donatello away from Zanramon and allows them to steal his cruiser -- again.

When the Federation fleet was disabled by Honeycutt's virus, Zanramon ordered an attack at long range but Commander Mozar instead allowed Traximus' men to infiltrate the command center. The war-mongering leaders of both sides were deposed and Traximus destroyed the former's throne, reinstating the Senate. Traximus then returned the stranded Federation troops to their territory as a first gesture of peace.

Traximus appears in the games Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: Battle Nexus, TMNT: Mutant Melee, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3: Mutant Nightmare.
