Traximus is a Triceraton - gladiator and resistance fighter who was imprisoned by by his Prime Leader when he spoke out against Prime Leader Zanramon. He became a loyal friend to the Turtles after they convinced him that his honor can be redeemed. He was created for the 2003 animated series.
