Master Traquer is the leader of the Esoteric Order of Dagon, a cult dedicated to summoning the ancient deity Dagon.
Appearing in the A.C. Farley-penned Men of Shadow, Traquer is somewhat of a personal nemesis to the immortal hero Clark Ashton Allard. Prior to summoning Dagon, Traquer and his cult capture Allard as well as a young boy called Maximillian Jones to sacrifice to the god.
The Ninja Turtles, Casey Jones, Master Splinter, and Max's friend Pervis Walker bust up the summoning ritual in Innsmouth, Massachusetts and free Allard, but are not successful in staying Dagon's summoning. Traquer fights with Casey and gains the upper hand. As the vampire master prepares to dine on Jones' neck, Max picks up a broken part of Casey's baseball bat, stabbing Traquer to death with it.
