A Transwarp Thruster in the 1987–1996 series is a rocket-powered device, equipped with transwarp technology giving it possibilities to create portals.
In the season 4 episode Plan Six From Outer Space, Krang and Shredder sent Bebop and Rocksteady to attach transwarp thrusters to the Channel 6 news-building and blast it from Earth to Dimension X.[1]
