This version of General Traag is the primary guard to the entrance of the Technodrome. He reports to Krang.
Because the Technodrome is in such a state of disrepair, the Turtles wear maintenance worker disguises in order to get past Traag. Despite the disguises, Traag stops them. When Donatello tells him that they got an emergency call and that something needs fixing, Traag replies "In this city, everything needs fixing."
Traag then demands to see some identification. Thinking fast, Raphael says, "The framistam is leaking into the beamerjam."
Since he does not know what that means, Traag believes it's an emergency situation and waves the Turtles on through. Traag is not seen again as the entire Shredderville visit proves to have been a shared dream by all four of the turtles.
