"Lord Krang's will shall be done!"
— Traag, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge

General Traag is the highest known ranking officer of the Stone Warriors and a recurring boss character in TMNT video games, as well as a playable character in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Madness.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (arcade game)[]

Traag is fought at the end of the Technodrome, just before entering the portal room. He starts the fight by knocking the door to that room off its hinges, sending it flying and damaging anybody in its path. He continues the battle by firing with his rocket launcher or swiping at it for a blunt attack. Upon defeat, he roars in pain and explodes, crumbling into rubble.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: Back from the Sewers[]

Once more, he immediately precedes Shredder (this time, Super Shredder) and Krang in the Technodrome. He rolls out of a door and attacks with a ray gun, as well as by curling into a ball and bouncing or rolling. When defeated, he rolls off-screen.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge[]

General Traag appears as the sub-boss of Episode 13: Technodrome Redux. This is also the first time Traag appears in a game without his partner Granitor.

Powers and abilities[]

  • Stone Warrior physiology: As a Stone Warrior, General Traag's body has a unique structure and properties.
    • Durability: General Traag has the durability of most rock.
    • Boulder form: In Back From the Sewers, Traag can curl up into a boulder and roll or bounce in an effort to attack the Turtles while simultaneously moving around the stage.
  • Leadership: Traag is the leader of all known Stone Warriors, answering only to Krang.

Weapons and equipment[]

  • Rocket launcher
  • Ray gun
  • Helmet
  • Makeshift shield: In Shredder's Revenge, he rips a panel from the wall of the open-air elevator he is on and uses it as a shield. It can be knocked away from him, in which he will eventually grab another.
