General Traag (also known as General Tragg or Captain Tragg) is the second in command of the Rock Soldiers from Dimension X. He is loyal to Krang.

Bio

As unstoppable as a landslide, General Traag, leader of Krang's Rock Soldier armies in Dimension X, has one thing on his tiny mind - demolish Turtles. Summoned by Krang to exterminante the Turtles and prepare the way for an invasion from Dimension X, General Traag is grinding like a glacier over everything in his path.

This stone-cold killer digs through solid rock with his Anti-Turle Combat Knife looking for Turtles. In a battle of wits, he may be unarmed but beware of his Laser Blaster. You are in for a shock should you end up on the wrong end of this atom smasher. Traag's Stunlaser gun leaves his enemies dazed, dopey and defenseless - perfect for Turtle shish kabobs or as victims for Krang's diabolical schemes.

1987 TV Series

"Excellent work, Traag! I'm going to pin a metal on you as soon as I get a pair of hands. " -- Krang

He first appeared in Part 4 of the 1987 TV series' 5-part pilot miniseries, Hot Rodding Teenagers from Dimension X, when he and Granitor had accidentally come through the Technodrome's dimensional portal during Shredder's test run. They had been chasing the Neutrinos, a band of Dimension X Resistance Fighters locked in a war with Krang's army at the time to bring freedom for their kind. After a small skirmish with the turtles, the Neutrinos teamed up with them. He and Granitor pursued the Neutrinos through New York City, despite the attempts by both the police and military to subdue them. They were even successful in driving the Ninja Turtles into a full retreat. Their fight with the Turtles eventually resulted in Michaelangelo and Donatello sending both Granitor and General Traag back through the portal and to their own dimension.

He's been "Lord Krang's" most ardent and loyal supporters for an unknown and vast period even after the fall of the Technodrome.

He briefly appeared in the episode Usagi Yojimbo, when Shredder was testing an upgrade to the Dimensional Portal, but never materialized fully as the upgrade machine was still experimental.

In Rock Around The Block, he battled the Turtles on his own, using a special laser invented by Krang called the Rockalizer that could put any rock, stone, or mineral at the General's command.

He was trapped in the Technodrome at the end of Shredder Triumphant! when the Turtles sent the Technodrome, minus Shredder, Krang, and Bebop and Rocksteady, through a portal that trapped them in Dimension X.

Though stranded in Dimension X, Traag was still aboard the Technodrome and had access to the base's dwindling resources. In Wrath of the Rat King, Krang requests that his last and final unused weapon, the Shock Wave, be sent (via the Dimensional Portal) to Earth. Rather than being teleported to Krang's new base, the Hall of Science it is sent into a busy intersection in the City, where police take custody of it. Though retrieved from the Westmore Research Center, the deadly device is eventually destroyed by the Turtles.

Traag and his army's final appearance is in the episode Turtle Trek where they assist their Sire in his final
