All I mean to say is, we've tapped into enough power to activate this machine of yours. It might black out the whole of Gotham City, but it will work." Penguin "My engineers have been working with your scientist all night. It's ready to go." Shredder "Fetch Doctor Khan immediately. Tell him we're ready." Foot Ninja "Yes, sir." Penguin "It's quite a view, isn't it?" Shredder "It is."

Shredder "I look forward to seeing more of it." Penguin "What... you said you were leaving Gotham..." Shredder "We will keep the portal open. I see no reason I can't rule two cities." Shredder "I will gather the resources and the rest of my men back home and return here." Penguin "You can't just--" Shredder "If you have a problem with my plans, bird man, I am happy to end our partnership earlier than scheduled." Penguin "No... No, of course not." Shredder "That's what I thought." Shredder "You belong to the Foot Clan now. Do not forget it." Shredder "I will be leaving a battalion of my top men with you to reshape this lurid casino into the fortress I require in preparation for my return."
