Toshiharu Sakurai (桜井 敏治, Sakurai Toshiharu, born July 3, 1964 in Tōkyō, Japan; 61 years old) is a Japanese voice actor who works for 81 Produce. He is the official Japanese dubbing voice for Shaggy Rogers in the Scooby-Doo franchise. He also voices Michelangelo in the Japanese dub of the 1987 TV series and Mutant Turtles: Chōjin Densetsu Hen.
