Torchy's is a bar located in New York City in the Mirage continuity. It was first mentioned by Casey Jones in Silent Partner, when he tells Shredder that he was a bouncer there. It didn't make an actual appearance until Casey in Point, where Casey takes Jim there after rescuing him from homophobic thugs. Over some drinks, Casey tells Jim about his late brother Davy, but after Casey leaves, Jesse, the bartender and an old friend of Casey's (likely from his days as a bouncer), tells Jim that Casey made up the tale, as he's an only child.
