Timothy appears as a level boss and unlockable character in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Legends, in both his Pulverizer and Mutagen Man incarnations.

Pulverizer[]
The Pulverizer is a wanna-be superhero. He wears a costume, complete with foam rubber muscles. Donnie tries to teach him some ninjitsu, but he proves to be uncoordinated. He is naïve and dim-witted.
Mutagen Man[]
After Timothy's becomes a glob of goo in a jar, he drinks another canister of mutagen and becomes Mutagen Man, a Frankenstein-like creature with a jar body and acid hands. He runs on mutagen ooze. The more he fights, the faster it uses mutagen.
