The Time Gauntlet is an invention developed by Henry, a temporal dimensional analyst-in-training. It was designed to bring things from both the past and the future through time to him. While he was showing off it to his date, Betti Clane, she pressed a button before it was finished, and the two were suddenly warped to present day Florence, Massachusetts, right in front of the Ninja Turtles.
Trying to return them to their own time and dimension, Henry instead accidentally summoned a tyrannosaurus rex and a brontosaurus. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Attack!!!, part 1
The Turtles fight the dinosaurs, but are thrashed about. Henry finally is able to calibrate the gauntlet and return the dinosaurs back to their own time. However, Raphael advanced on Henry and Betti in anger. Henry offered to just get out of their presence, but accidentally summoned a couple of robots Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Attack!!!, part 2
The Turtles manage to actually beat the robots, destroying them. Raph then tries to rough up Henry, but Leonardo stops him in an effort to find out what is going on. Henry explains, and Donatello tries to help Henry fix the gauntlet. After an hour, they are unsuccessful, and Betti says that she just pushed a specific button to get them there and that should just send them back. Instead, a trio of samurai are summoned. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Attack!!!, part 3
The samurai attack the Turtles, and one of them declares that they need to kill "the wizard" (Henry) to stop the "demons" (turtles). Henry sends them back before they reach him, and Leo tells Don to take the gauntlet away from him. It takes Don time to figure out how it works, but he finally realizes that it runs on binary, and he punches in Henry and Betti's year and succeeds in sending them back.
